End to end solution, we arrived on site with the site running and kept the site trading with fuel and shop sales for the whole duration of the project right through to handover. Original site configuration was 3x 2 product motor spirit pumps and only 1 dual hose diesel pump onsite. The goal was to install new 4x 3 product pumps and an additional high flow dual hose diesel pump to modernise the site and bring it up to current standards. We also replaced a large section of the forecourt as it was crumbling and damaged.

This project had to be completed in stages as the customer could not afford to cease trading for the duration of the project, therefore the works had to be completed while keeping the site trading with all fuel products and shop sales for the complete duration of the project. We achieved this with careful and precise planing of traffic control, product configurations, logistics and time management.
